A Message from the Founder
WHY THE BUSINESS WAS STARTED
One of the most bewildering and exasperating days of my life was when I realized that my home had not only become infested with bed bugs but that, after trying several do-it-yourself options, we had failed yet again to eradicate them.

It was at that moment that I said to my wife: "If we are struggling this much with this, there must be others that are going to need our help."

I knew right then and there that I wanted to help others who felt just as frustrated and overwhelmed as we did.
